A Montana man who was out target-shooting became a target himself when another shooter unloaded a barrage of gunfire toward him after mistaking him for Bigfoot. The 27 year old target shooter told police that he was hanging targets when bullets started flying by his head. He added that he ran behind a tree before confronting the shooter in his F-150.
“I thought you were Bigfoot,” the victim says the shooter told him. “I don’t target practice — but if I see something that looks like Bigfoot, I just shoot at it.”
When I was younger I saw Bigfoot while bow hunting. I only realized later that it was my cousin walking through the field in a gillie suit. This is just another reason why we should not shoot at Bigfoot. No one can be certain what they are really shooting at.
I also want to point out that most articles including one from Fox News are calling this idiot a hunter. They have not found this guy and have no evidence that he is a hunter. I think it is important to point out that not every crazy person with a gun is a hunter. In my experience hunters tend to be the most responsible gun owners I have met.
