On June 19, a Seminole man was convicted of poaching a 209” Yoakum County mule deer without landowner consent back in November 2018. The Game Wardens received notice of final felony conviction of the suspect which included the following terms: a $4300 fine, civil restitution in the amount of $11,048, $329 in court costs, forfeiture of the 9mm pistol used in the commission of the crime, and license revocation of 3 years.
